EnquireDomain registration, email setup, and any extra updates beyond the 5 small updates included per month. Third-party fees (Stripe, Mailchimp etc.) are also separate. We'll flag anything before we start.
Text changes, swapping photos, updating prices, adding a news item, or minor layout tweaks. Larger changes, new pages or new features are quoted separately. We're flexible: you can swap the 5 small updates for 2 bigger updates in a month, and we always let you know in advance what is and isn't included.
All fixed packages are on a 12-month minimum term. After the first year they continue on a simple monthly rolling basis.
Yes. You can move from a Clean Website up to Business Tools or Bookings/Shop as your business grows. The difference in setup fee is payable when you upgrade.
