   From Victoria

   Ten minutes on foot down Belgrave Road, or a four-minute cab. Pimlico Underground is six minutes away on Bessborough Street.

2. 02

   Finding the door

   Number 42, a white stucco terrace with a black door and brass number. The keypad sits at chest height on the right.

3. 03

   Up to the top

   Take the lift to the fourth floor, then the short private stair on your left to the penthouse landing.

4. 04

   Arrival

   Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Early bag drop is usually fine — just message us the day before.

Checking out

Leaving us by 10am

Nothing onerous — a short list so the flat is ready for the next guests.

   Before 10am

   Check-out is 10am. If you need an extra hour or two, message us the night before and we'll usually say yes.

2. 02

   Kitchen

   Load and run the dishwasher, empty the fridge of anything perishable, and bag the rubbish for the chute on the fourth-floor landing.

3. 03

   Beds and towels

   Leave the beds as they are — please pile used towels in the bath of the principal en-suite.

4. 04

   Balcony and windows

   Bring the cushions in off the balcony, close the terrace door and shut all the skylights and windows.

5. 05

   Lights and heating

   Switch off the lights and set the heating panel in the hall cupboard back to Auto.

6. 06

   Keys

   Return both key sets to the key safe in the porch and spin the dial. Text us once you're out so we can let the cleaners in.

• Late check-out after 12pm is £45 and subject to the next arrival.
• The balance invoice is settled before departure; your receipt arrives by email.
